In order to remain current with issues that relate to the volunteer advocacy role, volunteers are required to complete 12 hours of continuing education each year.
Recommended Reading
In addition to attending classes and/or online training, advocates can read books that best support advocacy efforts for the child(ren) they serve to help earn the needed continuing education credit hours.
